Com uma espessura de apenas 20 mm, este sistema permite grandes superfícies de vidro e oferece notável estanquidade à água, permeabilidade ao ar, resistência à carga de vento e isolamento térmico.
Performance
O sistema utiliza vidro temperado, proporcionando uma resistência excecional, mesmo em grandes áreas envidraçadas. Apresenta um sistema de correr exclusivo, equipado com rolamentos de aço inoxidável, garantindo uma abertura manual suave e sem esforço.

Configurações
As configurações disponíveis incluem janelas fixas, janelas/portas de correr e multipainéis (incluindo configurações com pockets e abertura de canto), guilhotina (painéis ascendentes e descendentes) e claraboias. A automatização de portas pode ser integrada em todas as nossas portas de correr.

- Com perfis de 16mm de espessura, é possível obter vidros de qualidade superior, garantindo um melhor desempenho em termos de segurança (vidros anti-lesão) e redução de ruído;
- Perfis verticais de 20mm de espessura para um isolamento acústico superior ou, em caso de utilização no exterior, excelentes desempenhos de permeabilidade à água e ao ar;
- Sistema de correr exclusivo com rolamentos verticais, para uma abertura manual suave e sem esforço.
Série 38
- Sistema de vidro duplo. Excelente desempenho térmico, acústico e de isolamento à água/ar/vento;
- Disponíveis nas seguintes tipologias: de correr, pivotante, guilhotina, canto de correr, pocket de correr, fixo, batente, oscilobatente, inclinado e curvo.
Série 54
- Sistema de vidro duplo e triplo. Excelente desempenho térmico, acústico e de isolamento à água/ar/vento;

However, building upwards comes with technical considerations such as structural safety, lighting, and ventilation.

The architecture integrates with the surrounding landscape, rather than overpowering it, utilizing bold horizontality and deep cantilevers to create a harmonious dialogue with the Atlantic horizon. Every aspect of this project is carefully considered and intentional. The house opens entirely to the south, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. To achieve this radical openness, the architect relied on OTIIMA’s ultra-minimal sliding systems, which allow large glass panels to retract into the walls, revealing panoramic views without visual obstruction. Casa Libre reflects a vision of architecture that is rooted in its location and unafraid to challenge convention. The intentional use of light, material, and proportion is deeply original, not for novelty's sake, but in the pursuit of truth.
