We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of a Key Account Manager.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening our relationships with key clients while ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
These will be your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Track the customer journey from quote to order fulfillment
- Management of information from CRM and management software (customer data, commercial proposals, etc.)
- Coordination with the departments involved, from production to order dispatch
- Managing the after-sales process: managing complaints, appointments and payments
- Support of the commercial sales cycle
- Perform administrative tasks specific to the role
- Supporting the continuous improvement process: processes, procedures and solutions
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- University degree in civil engineering and/or architecture
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the budgeting process
- Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Outlook, ...)
- Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of other languages appreciated
- Numerical skills, especially in calculations and measurements
- Negotiation skills
